  My husband and I decided to sell our duplex after ownership of 30+ years. We didn't know where to start. We got LUNA listings through Zillow and their references were very good. Jennifer called us and we didn't look further. She was so helpful and professional that we were immediately at ease. She and Jose were familiar with housing in our area and we felt very confident from the start. We especially liked their communication tactics. We got frequent updates and, if we had questions, Jennifer always got back to us promptly. We trusted them with our property and it sold more quickly than we imagined. We would highly recommend LUNA listings for anyone looking to sell or buy!

  Everything you look for in a real estate agent, you get it from Jose. Professionalism, great communication, and very knowledgeable. He worked around my work schedule to setup appointments for houses. Explained the whole process in a friendly manner and was extremely good at pointing out things to watch for, problem areas, items that might need replacement, etc

  Jose Luna was fantastic. We had showings with 3 other realtors before coming across Jose. The previous 3 were very flaky and didn't really care to listen to what we were looking for. They were the cliche salesmen. The complete opposite Once we met Jose, he immediately wanted to know exactly what we were looking for and didn't waste any time trying to sell us something that we were not interested in or out of our budger. From there he created a document of 90 homes that fit our criteria. He allowed us time to look at them on paper and we then gave him a condensed list. He schedule as many showings as possible as to not miss out on something. Once we found the home we wanted Jose got the process started immediatley. He even set us up with a loan officer he recommended, who we also loved. I highly recommend Jose Luna and Luna Listings. Never once did Jose try to sell us a home. All he did was talk to us like we were his good friends and informed us of things we may anticipate with purchasing certain homes and gave us educated recommendations. We connected with him very well and enjoyed seeing him everytime we met up. Jose is very personable and will always look out for your best interest. I know when my wife and I are looking for our next home we will immediately reach out to Jose to sell our home and help find our next one. My wife and I can honestly say we created a friendship with Jose and not just a business relationship. We have already started recommending him to our friends and family. THANK YOU JOSE!
